In our 2024 update report, we modelled greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions towards 2030 based on countries’ policies as of July 2024 and compared these emissions to countries’ current NDC targets to evaluate whether countries are on track to meet them.

The 2024 CCRM analyses the climate strategies of 51 major global companies, critically assessing the extent to which they demonstrate corporate climate leadership.

Full implementation of existing policies and actions could result in 2030 emissions below 2019. Out of the 25 countries analysed, 13 are on track to meet their current NDCs.
