At this press conference we will release the Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI) 2025.

The Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI) is a tool for increasing transparency in international climate change policy we publish annually together with Germanwatch and Climate Action Network. It aims to enable transparency in international climate politics and comparability of individual countries’ climate protection efforts and progress. The CCPI uses a framework of standardised criteria to assess and compare the climate performances of 60 countries and the EU (as of CCPI 2022). These collectively account for over 90% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

The press conference starts at 09:00 Baku time / 06:00 CET. Broadcast link will be added soon.
