Christin Lachmann supports NewClimate Institute in HR. She is responsible for recruitment, event coordination, office management, and other administrative tasks. Prior to joining NewClimate Institute, Christin worked in HR for various Berlin-based companies. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the Free University of Berlin and a certification in conflict mediation.
